Currently leading the product design for an in-house ERP with functionality, such as:

• Media buying platform for TV/digital campaigns to manage buy headers and automate media confirmations
• IVR script editor to route inbound phone traffic and attribute leads to media spend
• Manage invoices for cash and PI clients
• Client integrations for disposition reports and external call data
• Airing log ingestion with tools to verify data integrity and perform analysis

Led the planning, design and development of custom websites and web apps for clients.
