I lead product design for Insight — an in-house ERP for ProMedia. I work with media buyers, commercial operators, and leadership to understand what they need, then handle everything from research to design to development.

The product includes tools for managing TV and digital campaigns, call routing and attribution, data ingestion and analysis, billing, and client integrations.

Designed and built web applications for clients in manufacturing, healthcare, and other industries. Projects included customer portals, quoting systems, ERP integrations, and 20+ custom client websites. I handled everything from wireframes to production code.

Built custom websites and handled technical migrations, including moving 10,000+ customers between systems.

Studied user research, design systems, and interaction design under industry leaders. Focused on solving real-world problems through human-centered design methods.
